Adult Social Care

In Adult social care, we are using sub-regional partnerships to improve commissioned care in North West London.

London has the highest rate in England of older people needing long-term care, and demand is growing as people live longer with more complex needs. We’re working together across borough boundaries to plan better, share resources, and make care more sustainable.

Using data to plan ahead:

By sharing information on spend, demand, and quality, we can make smarter decisions and ensure care is stable and reliable for those who need it.

Supporting people to stay close to home:

We focus on building strong local care sufficiency so vulnerable adults can stay near family, friends, GP and community support. This also helps us build better relationships with local care providers.
