Who we work with

Why we exist

Local authorities are operating in a time of immense financial and social pressure. Funding is reduced, demand is increasing, and supply concerns mean it is growing ever harder to meet the needs of our most vulnerable residents.

This is a systemic issue – one of market dynamics and economic challenges – that no local authority or provider could solve alone. Commissioning Alliance was founded so that local authorities and providers can come together to fix this broken model.

We offer services and technology to local authorities so they, in turn, can better provide for their most vulnerable residents in social care, education and housing.

Our Partners

Together with our member local authorities and trusted providers, we are working to improve markets within social care, education, and housing.

We do this by creating a more equitable system – increasing competition for providers, collaboration between local authorities, and consistency & sufficiency of supply
